Hello family!
We are pleased to invite you to our next 𝐄𝐜𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐃𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐨 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 event on December 11, 2022 @Klub22 Aarhus. We open doors at 13.00 and get started with Cacao Ceremony at 14.00.
𝐄𝐜𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐃𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 is a free form of dance where you can journey deep into yourself or connect with others and authentically express what flows out of you. It is a safe space for you to come as you are and just BE and DANCE.
Through 𝐄𝐜𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐃𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 you may experience feelings of ecstasy, meditation, connection, ease, lightness, joy, expand your awareness and feel at home within your body and the moment.
The space we aim to create throughout the event is that of love, trust, acceptance and safety. Judgment is left behind the doors.We begin with sacred ritual of Cacao Ceremony and Meditation before guiding you into 𝐄𝐜𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐃𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞.
After Ecstatic Dance we share Sound Journey to help you integrate the experience into your body.

Following a sweet, grounding cacao ceremony, the music slowly started and I was overcome with energy in motion, as I saw how completely free people felt, as they moved in ways which were VERY FREE, trusting, relaxed and safe - the voice inside telling oneself "this looks silly" was grounded outside the building, as we danced and let go of any blockages inside the mind."
